Howard Conklin began practicing law in 1975 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he became a named partner in a 23 attorney law firm. In 1996 he joined Fortune 500 company and served as a vice president in the legal department . In 2000, he established his own sole practitioner law firm in Fort Pierce, Florida.
His legal experience includes commercial litigation, business disputes, contracts, lien law, probate and wills, real property matters and foreclosure defense. He serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He has been awarded an AV* Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest rating possible for ethical standards and legal ability.
